Returns + Exchanges

 

Return Policy
Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase and only if a product is defective or damaged. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can no longer offer a return.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not allow returns once the item has shipped from our warehouse.

If you received a product from ATAY that is defective or damaged and wish to exchange it for the same item, please follow these steps:

1) Email your return to: info@ataydrinks.com
2) Email subject should reflect your order number (i.e Order 1340)
3) In the email, you must include photos of the defective or damaged product so that we can assess the issue
4) Please describe the reason for your return

Once we receive your email return, we will review and reach out to you to verify your details and confirm an exchange. Exchanges are processed as quickly as possible.

Shipping
ATAY will cover the cost of shipping for all returned defective or damaged product.
